1. COMPLETE THE ENROLLMENT FORM

For insurance courses, you must have at least a Social Security Number and a valid Work Permit. For Tax Preparation courses, a Social Security Number is not required. These courses are available to students throughout the United States.

2. MAKE YOUR PAYMENT

Our Customer Service hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

If you complete your enrollment during these hours, your registration may be processed the same day. IF YOU ENROLL OUTSIDE OF THESE HOURS, YOU MUST WAIT UNTIL THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY FOR PROCESSING.

You will receive an email confirming your enrollment, welcoming you to the course, and providing access to your online course.

IN ALL CASES, WITHOUT EXCEPTION, YOU WILL BE CONTACTED BY PHONE TO VERIFY AND APPROVE YOUR ENROLLMENT.

1- LLENAR EL MODELO DE MATRICULA

Para cursos de seguros debe tener como minimo Seguro Social y Permiso de trabajo. Para cursos de Taxes no es necesario el seguro social, dicho curso lo puede tomar para todo USA.

2-HACER EL PAGO

Nuestro horario de Servicio al cliente es de Lunes-Viernes 9am a 8pm y sábado de 10am a 2pm. Si efectúa su matricula en dicho horario es posible procesar dicha matricula en el día. SI MATRICULA FUERA DE DICHO HORARIO, DEBE ESPERAR AL DIA LABORABLE SIGUIENTE.

Usted va a recibir un email con la aprobación y bienvenida de su curso y el acceso a dicho curso online. EN TODOS LOS CASOS SIN EXCEPCION SE LE VA A CONTACTAR POR TELEFONO PARA COMPROBAR Y APROBAR SU MATRICULA.

Pay via Zelle using the phone number (786) 599-9409 or the email address info@dolphy.school. This email address is linked to the Dolphy Inc. account. Once your payment has been submitted, our system will automatically receive a payment notification by email. No 4% surcharge will be applied, unlike payments made with a credit card.
